A thoroughly wet day in Dundee, only 12 Ellon Athletes managed to come along so when the results are out it is unlikely many of the age groups will have progressed to the final, as soon as I have them I'll put them on here.

In the meantime here are a few photos showing some good technique from some of you, we will have to work on that knee lift on a few others !!
