A number of our Athletes took part in the above championships over the weekend, the only result I have so far are for the East Districts, as soon as the North ones are on the SAF website I'll put them here.

Liam Rae - U13 Boys 800m - 2:41.6min - 6th (A new PB too!)
Sunday 11th May
Lisa Humphreys - U15 Girls 100m - 14.38 sec - 4th

I know some of you took part so let me have your results.
Liam won the 1.5k Primary School Race which was excellent, he then took part in the Petrofac Meeting the following day !
Our SummerTraining Times
Please note that from Monday 7th April ALL Training will be outdoors at the Track
The times are;
UNDER 11's and UNDER 13's - 6.30pm to 7.30pm
ALL OTHERS (i.e. older) - 7.15pm to 8.30pm
Please make sure you are at the Track at least 10 minutes before the Start
Please make sure you arrive in plenty of time for your warm up and always come well prepared for the weather, we always train in all weathers, so if it is raining, make sure you have your waterproofs with you, because the Coaches will !
DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOU NIGHTLY FEES WITH YOU
3 pound FOR NON-MEMBERS AND 2 pound FOR YOU MEMBERS OUT THERE

Our Club
We have an excellent group of athletes, quite a few of whom compete for Scotland in various age groups and events. We also have a strong membership comprising of all age groups from Under 11 boys and girls to Men and Women, even some Veterans !
We are a very friendly club and like to put the emphasis on fun, at the same time as improving our athletes performances.

We also hold Sunday sessions for any of our athletes who would like additional training, just see Judy or myself to arrange it.
